Luxury loft in the center of Leipzig

Welcome to the "Möbius Lofts"!

The building that now houses the "Möbius Lofts" was built in the late 19th century as a workshop for high-quality door and window glazing. The Leipzig architect Paul Möbius shaped the image of many newly built buildings in the city with his very progressive designs for the time. The then-emerging Art Nouveau style was characterized primarily by elaborate facade and staircase designs with many ornaments, cornices, and embellishments. However, the decorative details of door and window glass also received a great deal of attention. To meet the increasing demands for the craftsmanship of these glass works, a new manufacturing building was erected in the center of Leipzig at that time: the present "Möbius Lofts."

During World War II, the top two of the original four floors were heavily damaged and the building was covered with a provisional flat roof after the war. During the renovation of this wonderful building (2018 - 2020), we placed great value on preserving the original details of this workshop building while creating a cozy and homely atmosphere.

I hope that you will like these exceptional lofts as much as I do, and I look forward to welcoming you soon as my guests.

Yours sincerely,

Freddy
